Pepperoni Pizza Chili

Good Morning! It's a rainy cool day here in North Carolina.  Thought a little Chili would warm us up real quick.  Hope your Tuesday is a good one and if you are in North Carolina, stay warm and dry!

1 pound ground beef
1 can kidney beans, rinssed and drained ( 16 oz. )
1 can pizza sauce ( 15 oz. )
1 can Italian stewed tomatoes ( 14 1/2 oz. )
1 can tomato sauce ( 8 oz. )
1 1/2 cups water
1 package sliced pepperoni ( 3 1/2 oz. )
1/2 cups chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon pizza seasoning or Italian seasoning


In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.  Stir in the beans, pizza sauce, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, pepperoni, green pepper, pizza seasoning and salt.  Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until chili reaches desired thickness.  Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
